Aquasonic Ichonex assists in the treatment of Whitespot (Ichthyophthirius multifiliis) disease, offering an effective solution without the toxic effects associated with many conventional treatments—and without causing staining.
Directions for Use
Not for use on fish intended for human consumption.
Ensure the aquarium is well aerated throughout treatment.
Remove activated carbon from the filtration system, as it will absorb the product and reduce effectiveness.
If using under-gravel filtration, reduce flow rates during treatment.
This product contains a dye that may stain if spilled—handle with care.
Dose Rate
Treatment should be carried out over three consecutive days:
Day 1: Add 5 mL per 40 litres of aquarium water.
Days 2 & 3: Dose at half the initial amount.
To calculate tank volume:
Multiply length × width × water level height (in cm), then divide by 1,000 to determine the number of litres.
